The iWay system is based on a complete PDF workflow that enables Print Buyers to receive an online, Preflight report of any uploaded Job. In addition, the iWay system allows the Print Buyer to view the final PDF proof result before ordering and enables the Print Provider to implement automatic imposition.

Print Management

Print Management, embedded in the iWay system, enables the Print Provider to streamline and route Jobs according to production needs. Print Management is carried out automatically and can be manually supervised.

Create Personalization Wizards the Easy Way

With the iWay system, Administrators can quickly and easily create personalized wizards that specify what each user can modify. Users enter names, titles, images, or any other items of information that the Administrator needs in order to customize the Job. iWay does the rest. The wizard creation process requires no programming abilities and can be carried out on any uploaded PDF.

Online Ordering and Price Quoting

Price quotations and estimations are provided online, with the click of a button. iWay supports a three-level pricing model that enables the Print Provider to price the Job according to production costs or per template or the Print Provider can manually price Jobs for each customer. Print customers can access their Shopping Carts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to determine the costs of their Jobs, to place orders, and to track the progress of their orders.

Variable Data

Merge Databases and Templates Automatically

Using iWay's Variable Data functionality, customers can upload complete database files and merge them into existing templates. iWay also allows customers to proof their Jobs online before ordering.

e-Mail Tools

Post-it Forms

With Post-It Forms, templates can be sent simultaneously through the e-Mail to numerous users, enabling these users to enter their own personal information and order personalized Jobs. When using the Post-It Form, the end-user needs only to reply to the e-Mail message that he receives and is not required to use any special software or the iWay software itself.
